For 29 years at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Robert Hanna developed frameworks for turning around troubled projects. During the last decade, we refined the techniques further while teaching executives internationally through the University of Hawaii.

Background

Robert Hanna managed efforts such as the $28 million Mission Operations and Navigation Toolkit Environment (MONTE) software, which became the world's gold standard for spacecraft trajectory and maneuver design. He also developed AI-driven risk prediction frameworks to help determine launch readiness for spacecraft missions.

Through the University of Hawaii, we taught executives from organizations like Hitachi, Amazon, HSBC, and other Fortune 500 companies, having crafted courses in Project Management and Strategic Decision Making with Data Analytics.

Now our focus is on sharing these successful techniques with as many others as possible to support organizations that are committed to positive change.
